Trays as facade cladding material.

Composite coffers are a modern way to equip the facade of any object. In Europe, they became popular in the 2000s, when composite sheet material began to appear on the market. The composite sheet, in turn, is a kind of sandwich: a layered composition of three elements. The top and bottom layers are made of aluminum or steel. The central, binder layer is composed of special fire-resistant polymers, which enable it to withstand high temperatures. With the help of milling, such a composite sheet composition allows the material to be bent at almost any angle.

Structurally, the composite panel differs from the cassette only in its shape. The cassette has concave edges along the perimeter which allows the installation to be done in a so-called hidden way (cassette). That is, without visible fixations. This coating variant is more aesthetically pleasing compared to the sheeting method.

The fabrication of composite cassettes can be carried out either on site with the aid of special hand milling tools or under factory conditions. At Panel-Composite you can order milling and laminating on modern equipment under the control of the quality control department. We have discussed this topic in more detail here.

Composite cassettes have a number of advantages:

-High durability. The useful life of these panels is not less than 25 years. In fact, it may be even higher. This durability is achieved with a quality installation.

-Unpretentious. During operation, the material does not require additional painting.

-High installation speed. The composite panel cassettes are mounted on special subsystem hangers. It is not necessary to use liquid construction mixtures.

-Excellent visual qualities. When coloring, coatings are used to create the effect of different surfaces, and using digital printing technology, there is the possibility of transferring the image to the material.

-Fire resistant. The materials do not support combustion, which allows them to be used in most types of buildings.

-Comparatively light material. By using aluminum, the load on the facade is minimal, simplifying transportation and installation, especially sensitive in high-rise buildings.
